With annual turnover in excess of $800 million (FY2018), the company is well placed to take on a mix of short, medium and longer term projects in the sub-$1 million to $250+ million value range.
With a strong balance sheet, no debt and significant cash reserves, Kane offers its clients and their advisors financial assurance in relation to project delivery.
The construction group has total assets exceeding $225 million with a security facility to cater for over $2.5 billion of work under construction. Kane is pre-qualified in the highest category with the Victorian Department of Transport. In New South Wales and Queensland, the company is pre-qualified to undertake Government projects valued up to $138 million.
Kane follows standards of probity, governance and statutory compliance and has in place management accounting controls that would be the envy of many larger companies. Kane Property Services maintains all insurances and under Kane Constructions. Kane Property Services as a division operates in the $100k – $5m project value range, with around $20m – $25m turnover annually.
